This is the online presence of the North West group of the SAAB Owners Club of Great Britain. The main function of the site is to keep members informed of upcoming events, to publish articles of interest to the group, and to publicise the group to potential members. 

The website is set up to allow easy editing by people with average computer skills, in the hope that many members will contribute articles of interest to the group in general. There are two ways you can contribute:

  1. write an article
  2. comment on an existing article

Either way, you need to register for a username first, then login using the links you will find on the right hand side.

To add pictures to you post, please use the contact form FAO David, explain you want to add pictures to a post, and I will reply by email. It’s easiest at the moment for you to email the pics to me and I will upload them.

This is what the SAAB owners club main site has to say about local branches: 

  • The branches of the SAAB Owners Club provide local meeting places for members of the Club who wish to participate in a greater range of events.
  • The Branches also have the opportunity in some instances to issue additional news sheets with local information.
  • The Branches provide the ideal focal point for all those interested in the SAAB marque.
  • All club members are welcome to visit any branch throughout the country.
  • This affords members the opportunity to meet with members in other areas when they are in other parts of the country.
  • The location and times of meetings along with the contact telephone numbers are detailed in the club magazine ‘SAAB Driver’.
